      Pros

      Great people but poor leadership

      This is a "perfect" place - that is, if you're willing to work unlimited time and burn out - only to be blamed that you didn't burn yourself out hard enough. I'd agree with a previous feedback that "it is not a professional firm and the management believes in slavery", especially with a newly appointed COO and HR, that are so obviously in cahoots. The structure is chaotic, there are no career growth opportunities or development options, except for some favorites. All feedback and complaints are futile - been there, tried that, went worse. If you really have to work there, document everything and watch your back, because everything will be used against you.

      Pros

      - Open environment to ask questions, communication is key in any team across the company - Teams work together well and coordinate with other teams to complete deadlines and deliverables. Partners want you to grow if you put in the work. - Hybrid work environment is flexible - No micromanagement for the most part - Standardized practices and process - so if you can easily follow and learn those processes you will succeed. - Better work life balance than other mid-large accounting firms (Fridays 3pm sign off during non-busy season and Fridays off in July & Aug) - Overall, a good well managed PA firm that listens to your issues as well.

      Cons

      - None really, obviously the workload and tax season pressures, but as I said better than other firms. - Clients can be pain sometimes if books are not clean or have a lot of adjustments to be made - just like any other PA firm though.
