Pros

Remote Work Once a week, Summer Hours .. Can't See any other

Favoritism & Politics….!!! Recently They have started giving RockStar Awards in Townhall meeting. I don't know what is the merit for that. Lot of people have worked on numerous hours (out side of working hours) to finish Revenue Generating Projects and they have received nothing.. Exec or HR are so dumb enough to understand that no Project can be successful with one person. It's always a team effort. If only one person gets recognization is actually demoralize other team members and make them think that why do they have to work hard if they don't get any value out of it. No Growth opportunity for existing Employee and now they want to out source.. Last thing that we want to know…!! Very disappointed!

Cons

The work environment can feel chaotic and fast-paced at times, with testing environments that are often unstable. Ownership of certain tasks or systems isn't always clearly defined, and documentation tends to lag behind, making it harder to stay aligned.
