      Decent benefits, PTO and such. Female CEO 1 solid business unit with health financial performance 1 mid-BU with potential 1 Struggling BU

      Cons

      Utter chaos in the failing BU - corporate mandates for offshore work are disrupting the potential for product and client growth. It is a company of M&A - Worst year of my career - zero training, job description non-existent. I had to figure it out on my own and even then after repeatedly asking for guidance - just got corporate-speak back. Misery.

      The work environment can feel chaotic and fast-paced at times, with testing environments that are often unstable. Ownership of certain tasks or systems isn't always clearly defined, and documentation tends to lag behind, making it harder to stay aligned.
