Pros

Working in sales at ZenRows is a great opportunity to experience true autonomy. Expectations and KPIs are clearly communicated, and you are provided with all the tools and resources you need to succeed. There is no micromanagement and no need to justify every decision. Management trusts you to deliver; how you choose to get there is up to you. The product is reliable and well-positioned within the market. While self-prospecting is a significant part of the role, there is still a healthy volume of inbound leads. Additionally, the commission structure is very competitive.

Cons

The typical challenges of a startup: it’s a fast-paced environment where execution is key. You must be adaptable and ready to pivot strategies quickly. However, this is the best way to grow and test different hypotheses rather than remaining stagnant for months with a tired strategy.

Pros

The level of ownership you get here is unlike anything I've experienced at other companies. From early on, you're working on things that actually matter, not just executing someone else's playbook. The team is small but extremely capable, and because everyone is close to the work, good ideas move fast. It's genuinely exciting to be in a space like web data and AI infrastructure right now, and ZenRows puts you right at the center of it.

Cons

The pace is relentless, and the ownership model means there's little hand-holding. You're expected to figure things out quickly and move fast. That said, the web data and AI space evolves at a speed that almost demands this kind of culture. It's less a con and more a feature of working at a company that's genuinely at the edge of its industry. If you're wired for that, you'll love it here.
