Pros
• The brands themselves (Zenagen and Actiiv) have genuine potential and a loyal customer base.
• Some team members are passionate, talented, and dedicated to their work, despite receiving little to no support from leadership.
Cons
• Lack of communication is a serious issue. Once leadership decides you are no longer part of their plan, they don’t communicate it. Instead, they slowly cut you out, no meetings, no updates, no feedback. You’re quietly pushed out through passive avoidance.
• No structure or accountability. Leadership offers little to no guidance, leaving teams to operate in ambiguity. Strategies are often made on the fly without input from those directly involved.
• Toxic culture of quiet firing. Rather than having transparent conversations, leadership goes silent and begins working around you. They start contacting your team members directly while leaving you out of critical decisions, undermining your role and ability to perform effectively.
• High turnover and low morale. Burnout is common. Many capable professionals leave, or are driven out, due to a lack of support, recognition, or clear expectations.
