Pros
The people in the office even though they get less and less.
Cons
Company takes over competitors and continously lays off employees. No interest in creating a good product but rather buying competitors nor is there an interest to keep their employees. Benefits were cut and now it's below market. Permanent contracts are only given after two years and are now difficult to get since the company wants to be able to get rid of employees easily. French employees however are treated differently and get their permanent contract from the start with 6 months probation period. Interestingly, most of the time employees are laid off from other countries than France. Management just continously changes their mind. They say one thing and do the opposite 3 months later. It's chaotic and they couldn't foresee their finances and I don't know if they will ever. So, the strategy is to just lay off employees whenever needed. Many employees are also leaving voluntarily when they can.
