I don't see myself working anywhere else, ever - Digital Marketing & SEO Strategist Zenergy Works Employee Review

Zenergy Works has opened an enormous amount of doors for my career. The management team allows you to grow at your own pace and will coach you to where you want to be within the business and within your career. My skills have grown 10-fold because of Eric’s mentoring mentality and willingness to teach what he knows. Eric and the management team truly invest in the people who work at Zenergy Works. Employees don’t need to feel like their job is on the line after making a mistake and successes are celebrated company-wide. It is truly a collaborative team effort across the board. The bad reviews on here were written before I was hired, and I do not believe they apply whatsoever to the current management team.

With my industries, there are ebbs and flows to the business. Being a B2B company there are some slow periods where there isn't a whole lot to do and other times the work will not stop coming.

The dedicated core staff are personable and fun people. I feel a genuine family kind of love there, often. I may be a little shy sometimes but I am not scared to talk to anyone here and that's kind of a big deal. They celebrate their achievements quarterly with the whole team which always makes for a good time. Everyone is made to feel special on their birthday! When people leave the company in good standing to move or whatever reason they get a send off that should make them feel appreciated. There is always silliness and fit's of laughter at some point in each day. Even if the day is hard or super busy people always find the humor. They have this phrase that I hope I am getting right "we take our work seriously but not ourselves" I wake up each day excited to go to work.

Honestly I don't have any constructive non selfish things to put here. Sure beats the heck out of my last job. I believe in being grateful.
