The pros are mostly about the students’ success rate rather than about the experience of being an employee here.

Mostly fake people pretending to care about the students and the staff. All they really care about is their reputation and status. Their strategy is to push people without considering what they think and feel. What they need is to reach their goal (not even the student’s) and take all the credit and feed their ego!!
