      Other assemblers are nice and helpful.

      Cons

      Management is derespectful all the time. Good ideas are always blocked because they never did it that way in the past. Only people that suck-up to the shop supervisor get her approval on good idea, overtime and coming in when they want. She herself comes in late\and leaves early every day. It brings moral down but the big boss doesn't care cause he never talks to any of us any way.

      Pros

      The hourly people are friendly and try to help you. Management leaves early every day so no yelling. Never see them on Saturdays (yeah!).

      Cons

      No management support. No product organization or flow. We work on one product - rush,rush,rush; Then the shop floor manager comes yelling we are taking too long - work on these now - rush rush rush. She comes in late and leaves early every day. This causes a low moral among the hourly that are expected to work 8-10 hours daily and then Saturdays.
