Pros
Some of the most dedicated people you will ever work with that you can call your friends at the end of the day.
Cons
Certain management groups do not know what they are doing, put their work off on lower paid employees and take credit for their work. Wage analysis was biased. Too much gossip and throwing people under the bus to get ahead in the company. Not enough budget goes towards necessary training for all workers. Long hours during busy season, but when production slows down, they watch your time like a hawk and question you why you are still there 10 minutes after shift.
