      Pros

      The office was nice and generally the people you worked with were nice also

      Cons

      Bad onboarding experience. At the interview the manager bad-mouthed former employees, No benefits like WFH or any sort of flexibility, there is no parking in the Newcastle CBD and the paid option is $10 a day. There were no goals or vision for the role I was put in and the person I was working with did not want to hand over any work for this position therefor I had nothing to do.

      Pros

      Interestingg projects, management/leadership are open and honest and invite contributions. Generally look after the staff well. The other engineers are hardworking and motivated. The office building itself is in a great location, being easy to commute to and heaps of eating options around.

      Cons

      Subpar coffee, and five words minimum for submission.
