Zephyr has been a great job. I was hired with no experience have been given several opportunities to move up and learn new things. As my job titles increased, so did my pay.. very quickly. Be ready to work for it!

Absolutely no Pros whatsoever sometimes you get to work from home but that has just caused all of the employees to take on additional tax burdens lowering their salary even further absolutely no Pros whatsoever any positive reviews you see on the site were left by members of the company that were instructed to leave those comments they are not accurate reviews trust me no one likes working for this company and no one likes working for these people

Where to begin first of all they took $10 an hour employees and made them independent contractors so they had to carry the company's tax burden in addition to their own as well as their own Medicare. provides them security or unemployment insurance and it's frankly illegal for them to do. probably the most heinous and selfish action I've ever seen an employer take. On top of that they constantly degrade you as an employee give you no appreciation for your work yet expect 100% devotion. Just to underscore how terrible these people are even though nepotism is completely rampant throughout the company even those people can't stand working for Zephyr partners and tend to quit or get fired.
