Ok but not great - Anonymous employee Zeplin Employee Review

The company lacks good leadership and needs better direction. Needs a rapid change in leadership. C-suite are all very junior in their roles without real-world experience. The VP+'s brought in from outside are ok, but in over their heads. Our competitor's products are growing and without a better infrastructure, Zeplin won't be able to compete. They just laid off some people, which has had a negative affect on culture, too. We're worried about the future here... big changes are needed at c-level
