Pros
Kept busy all the time, so day goes in fast. Free tea and coffee. We got a free burger once. Staff discount is good if you are happy with blue rolls and toilet paper.
Cons
Hard work and the more you do, the more they expect you to do. No leadership whatsoever. No goals or even basic feedback. Very poor pay and in the three years I worked there, the prices went up a few times, but not ever a 10c cost of living rise in wages. Very poor working atmosphere and in all that time, no one had a good word to say about the place. It’s all about profit and the employee is just an inconvenient number. Managers are the only ones laughing all the way to the back.
