Cons
1. Too many hidden terms and conditions - If you resign within the 3 months of the appraisal, then your increment is reversed and you have to return the incremented amount back to the company. 2. CPB Bonus condition - Your CTC contains a CPB Bonus which is given during the appraisal. If you resign within 6 months of receving the bonus then you have to return the bonus amount. 2. Long notice period - Company has 3 months of non negotiable notice period. 3. Working saturdays - Alternate saturdays are working. 4. Old technology - You have to work on JQuery and C# 4.0. The migration of the old technology is very slow. 5. Office space - Office space is too small. You have to work in a overly crowded space.
