Cons
During my first month I was the victim of a hate crime. The supervisor that oversaw the hate crime and failed to act was supposed to undergo training, he never did. There was supposed to be a shop meeting about discrimination in the work place. There was not. They say the range is from minimum wage to $3 over, but you will not see that higher end of the wage. They claim you get pay bumps as you train and improve but they do nothing to train you ad as you do improve they delay and deny any sort of evaluation. Even if you pull each individual manager aside and ask them about it, they say they'll ask and never do. I eventually got fired when that same manager who oversaw the hate crime failed to communicate to corporate that I had a doctors appointment, hours after I asked about the minimum wage increasing and what that means for our wages. They move you around locations increasing your commute at random and offer no differential for mileage. The you work with are trash and show up to talk smack. Equipment is abused and outdated. Management is useless and helpless. The owner of the company brings in his $80k vehicles to be detailed by people making minimum wage.
