Great pay. Great benefits. Management is pretty good to the workers.

Can go from working 15 mins from home to driving an 1.5 hours away. Never really know for how long.

-Lack of communication from management -Disorganized -All production based leaving little time to foster tree care knowledge/industry standards -Guidelines for how to stay safe, and the expectations and actual work are completely disconnected. -Corporate tree work.
