The culture often felt driven by insecurity and fear of job stability. Furthermore, the leadership environment lacks transparency, and there is a perceived disconnect between the CEO’s perspective and the reality of management’s failures, which often seemed shielded from accountability. Overall, navigating this leadership style was an immense mental burden.
