3yThank you for your feedback. We recognize that the Science team has recently experienced some attrition, and that has impacted workloads for the current team. A few things that we’re doing to address this:
- We are building career paths to clarify roles and responsibilities and create various pathways for internal advancement. This will cover all levels of the organization, so everyone has a clear view of expectations and focus areas.
- We are holding feedback sessions with the Science team to better understand what's working and what is not so that we can appropriately incorporate their feedback.
- Our goal is to further productize our approach so that customers have consistent experiences while continuing to evolve roles to ensure challenging, rewarding work, and career opportunities.
While we are naturally in a transitional period as a result of the MDP acquisition, customer success remains a top priority and core tenant of Zilliant’s culture. Additionally, under MDP’s leadership, we are proud to be able to significantly expand our employee benefits program, including a recently announced 12 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers (and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers). We are also evaluating the rest of our benefits to ensure that our offering is not only competitive but appreciated and attractive to current and future employees.
