Interaction with the CHROs of top clientele with high MRR. An extension of the client's arm. Get to liase with various internal stakeholders viz., consultants, developers, etc. as a critical link between the client and the organization. Position holds prestige.
Cons
Challenging role whereby high client issues to be tackled with getting the consultants and developers provide the services and requirements delivered on time. At times have no control over having the stakeholders deliver on time which would make it frustrating and stressful.
