Pros
When I joined Zingtree I was a bit unsure of what to expect - all I knew is that the product seemed great and they had a great base of existing customers. Since joining, I have been impressed by the team in every interaction I have had, and the ability to work cross functionally has been awesome. The culture of collaboration and commitment to driving value for our customers is evident in the day to day actions of every employee. Additionally, coming from the Sales organization, I was shocked with the overwhelmingly positive response the product gets on every demo and sales call. The flexibility of the tool provides a use case in almost every industry, and allows the prospect to come up with new ideas on how to use the tool. Not being pigeon-holed to one industry or use case allows for flexibility and autonomy within the Sales team, which is great after previously working at a 20k person SaaS company. It feels like a startup culture with an enterprise grade product.
Cons
If you are uncomfortable working through ambiguity and having autonomy over your day-to-day activities, this may be a challenging place for you. Everyone on the team is encouraged to own their own schedule, while remaining open and receptive to feedback. Personally, this is huge positive for me but could be challenging for others.
