      Pros

      - Healthy culture, great people, haven't seen much politics - Good WLB - High impact, ability to uplevel yourself, and grow with a company that has a great business model - Good benefits + breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided - 2-3 day hybrid (perfect amount imo)

      401k match would be nice

      Company has a great product that customers love. Each person has a lot of ownership and can create their own growth past as we are growing so fast and have tons of opportunity

      If you are not ready to roll up your sleeves then this is not the right place for you.
