Pros
I can find very few pros about Zips ,because the males both black,white ,and hispanics are very disrespectful to females.The pays are normally higher than females,even if they have less time with company and less experience.
Cons
Very low pay,and deplorable working conditions,poor ventilation,no air conditioning,dirty employee restrooms.
