Pros
Work-life balance is fantastic! You work within the scope of the job as a contract employee. The account supervisors are super supportive of the virtual assistants. There is an awesome network for virtual assistants to communicate with that have a wealth of knowledge. Wish I would have found Zitural earlier!
Cons
Pay is probably not equal to what the virtual assistants are used to making in the in-person corporate environment but the work-life balance and work from home/virtual can far exceed corporate compensations and benefits.
