Pros

You will work in the environment where most employees speak Russian. If you are Russian or would like to learn the language, this place is the best. Free coffee and snack. No overtime. Majority of the office workers come to work at around 9:30 am - 10:00 am and leave by 6:00 pm. Company sponsored phone. Projects are interesting, but all development in outsourced to Russia and Ukraine. US staff mostly works on support and testing. Majority of US employees are also from Russia. Some of them have poor English skills or do not like speaking English and prefer talking to like minded people. This creates a ghetto-like environment, which management cleverly use to keep people in.

Cons

I can confirm everything in the review named "Cheap". My two cents. The company is poorly managed. Nobody knows who does what. They camouflage this as a "matrix organization", but it is in fact an anarchy. No procedure for introducing new employees. Management routinely hires people who happen to be without a job for various reasons and fire them if they do not see fit. As another reviewer mentioned, you can be moved without a warning. Furthermore, you can be asked to move to another state with a few days warning. Office really sucks. No windows, some parts have very bad ventilation and indeed stink. There is a nice C-level space with a separate bathroom. Everyone else has to use a second class bathroom on the other side of the building. It looks like the back of the building is still a body shop or something.

Pros

A few good people are still onboard, still may have some fun. Sometimes projects are reasonably interesting. Free soda. Free coffee. Free snacks.

Cons

In sum: this is a very cheap company. Bad office (New York): overcrowded, very noisy, stinky (!), no windows, terrible parking alongside with dumpsters. People are being moved without asking for their opinion all the time. Network fails at least once a week, because bosses save on equipment & cable provider, so everybody sit bored for a few hours. New people are hired according to principle "as cheap as possible, may be we'll find superstar talent this way", with predictsble consequences. Too many managers and "analytics" and completely useless people. Long, pointless skype meetings every day. Benefits are bad. Bosses "forget" about annual bonus, so you have to chase them asking.
