The team is young, energetic, supportive, and inclusive. Management makes an effort to encourage career development through mentoring, both formal and informal. The office is located right in the heart of Georgetown with plenty of coffee shops, lunch spots, and chic places to grab drinks after work. Cons
ZFD services are in such high demand, so there's a lot of work to go around -- things can get pretty busy at times! You'll sometimes be expected to work long hours, but in the end it's totally worth it!
