I’ll tell you the pros and you tell me if that sounds like an ideal place of employment: cool coworkers, sometimes catered lunch... that’s it.
Cons
Honestly, just not a good place to work. This is coming from a former top producer who worked at Zones for almost 2 years. Read the reviews on here, with the exception of probably a few... they’re all true. Everything about management and their approach is god awful. Hands down worst company I’ve ever worked for. What’s even more comical, management walks around the office with what almost feels like an arrogant “I’m better than those below me” approach, when literally almost all of them have absolutely no clue what they’re doing. I could see taking a job here fresh out of high school, or if you’re a felon. Otherwise, you honesty can do so much better.
