      Incredible internal communications International onboarding (pre-COVID) Great team members, all super helpful Laid back and down to earth office atmosphere In office benefits 10/10 - lunches, breakfasts, mental health support etc Great MEDDPIC training Ability to connect with anyone internationally at the click of a button Amazing tech stack - Otter.ai, Salesforce Lightning, Jira, Zendesk

      Poor middle management Unethical procedures happening around me not being addressed Poor hiring of Enterprise inexperience executives Impossible to get a pay rise even as tenured well performing AE after 4 years I left due to lack of career progression - no learning/earning potential

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
