Pros

Compensation and Benefits: The pay is average compared to the other companies. But in return, your entire waking time would be dedicated to meaningless labor at the company. Career Opportunities: Now, here's where things get a bit shiny. Having 'Ex-Zoomcar' on your resume? That's awesome. The label of Ex-Zoomcar is very valuable in the market. Recruiters and other companies will give you preference. Promotions are based on how well you can bootlick, and had no correlation to the performance. You’ll work with very good, talented coworkers. That part is for sure. Learn as much as you can from them, and support them as much as you can. It won’t be a surprise if you make lasting friendships while working here, because seriously, you’ll end up going through traumatic times together at this workplace.

Cons

Work/Life Balance: Forget about Work Life balance. You won’t be surprised if you find yourself working at 12 midnight. That isn’t even an exaggeration. The managers won’t care anyway, so it’ll impact your mental health. Culture & Values: The team culture was average when I first started here, but it deteriorated quickly as time went on. Layoffs were a constant threat. Hard work is expected, but not valued. Senior Management: The senior management is the worst part of the experience at Zoomcar. The number of times we've pivoted strategies is mind-boggling. Everybody was running around like headless chickens.
