Bad place for a career - Anonymous employee Zoosk Employee Review

The management structure that actually works on the product are inexperienced and incompetent. There is a massive culture of being risk adverse and micromanagement. There is no vision on how to improve Zoosk, with there being a strong preference to exactly copy competitors. There is very little room for career growth or learning opportunities either. This has resulted in much of the talent and experience leaving, only to be replaced by very junior people.
