Pros

Zubi handles major accounts but still feels like a small agency. This often works in its favor as it remains in many ways as an independent agency. It has awesome and friendly people. Employees who have been with the company for years, since it was a family-owned business.

Cons

It is extremely difficult to progress in the company and build a career; It takes forever. Additionally, the budgets are limited compared to the general market, forcing zubi to create almost impossible adaptations. This is a sad but true reality of an agency that still works mainly for the Hispanic market, even though the market continues to grow every day.
