CEO has no idea about what happens on the ground. The only source of truth is from management which filters out all the flaws

Work-life balance is zero. Expect calls at night, at midnight, on weekends, and on public holidays just because your manager finds time only then. It may not even be important but you'll get a call. When I don't receive calls outside of work, I get pings in teams and WhatsApp
I was billed to one client where I was expected to show entire 8 hours of productive work(not including meetings!!) and then still pulled me for all sorts of other work. When opposed I was told it has to be done
