CTO no direction, no empathy, feels like knows everything and an SME in all aspects. CEO & CTO are very good friends with each other that's why CEO protects him. More than 30 employee's resigning and more are coming since Luis Enriquez arrived. Imagine, even the previous CIO resigned because of him. He's not human. This company now has a culture that is totally opposite on the values that the company wants to inculcate to its employee's.
