Pros
It's the best place I've ever worked. I've never worked with a group of people who are so passionate about a product, I've also never worked anywhere where I was passionate about the product. The company is filled with the most genuine people who all care about the company and most importantly each other and giving you the tools you need to set you up for success. Our culture is a collaborative one where you can expect to learn a lot and work across the teams as one. It's a place where you don't have to be afraid to ask a question or share your ideas. I wake up excited for work, there is so much to do, no matter what department you are in. My weeks and my days fly by! At the end of the day the perks and benefits don't matter, so I wont go into detail about that. If you're looking to join a company for solely that and don't have a mindset around helping yourself and a company grow, don't bother applying.
Cons
The parking! Everywhere in Palo Alto you need a permit, if you cant find a spot on El Camino (which requires no permit) then you can park for two hours max. in the permit zones.
