      It's a very inclusive company. It encourages overall inclusion a lot. Has great benefits and a good anual bonus. Great salary for higher positions Full remote.

      Cons

      Some projects aren't as thrilling as others, forcing you to work with not so good clients, so you have to be lucky.

      Great environment and culture. The founders of this company are all about passion, and it reflects on the people that work with them.

      Cons

      Not much to say here, and I am sure that they are probably better from my days, but communications can be improved.
