Pros
Great people, great atmosphere, lots of greta peopla and they really take the time to develop their people. They won't spoon feed you but if you're hungry they will put the effort in.
Cons
Once people are good enough to be of interest to other companies they don't do enough to keep them. Bit redundancy happy too.
