There are no pros I can think of.
Cons
Most points are for system engineer/data center role. 1) They lie in their career's page, whole departments don't exist, like SOC, also they lied when I first talked to them about future growth opportunities and the number of employees. 2) Management is extremely rude and dumb. 3) They don't provide internet, you have to buy your own dongle and sim card. They will promise that they will reimburse, but they did not even pay my salary after I left the company, did not share PF and UAN number, no experience letter, completely ignored. 4) Salary is embarrassingly low, and lots of overtime. You will be working for more than 10 hours at least everyday, including Saturday. 5) The HR guy will talk to you extremely politely, but don't believe a word he promises, no matter what. He is there to only serve the management, and he is not your friend. 6) If their customers found out about their security practices, they wont have any customers left. 7) There are many many other cons, but I don't want to waste more of time on this company. The only thing I will do more is send a legal notice first, then legal action if nothing comes of it. (might even inform their customers and right a detailed review on reddit, so be on the look out if you want to know more).
