The only pros this company offered was remote work and some decent perks through its parent company.

Too many to mention. Here are a few... -Company president has zero people skills and demonstrates this on a daily basis. -No innovation. Still offering the same solutions that have long since been useful for healthcare companies. -Executive leadership team cannot be trusted and does not have the backs of the employees who actually do the work. -Annual layoffs. -No room for independent thought. -Portrays itself as employee focused, but nothing could be further from the truth.
