The people are great to work with, Working conditions and hours are flexible, many people work from home. No dress code.
Cons
Zynx is owned by Hearst (Rupert Murdoch). Hearst has made some bad business decisions - they have laid people off with no notice, including people who were productive in keeping their clients happy, or who had critical knowledge about their field. They have invested a lot of money in a new app, which is not at a revenue generating stage, and are starving their traditional product. But this means there are opportunities.
