Pros
Most of the, non-executive, people we work with. Great compensation which is at the top of the spectrum. Autonomy to run my business. Office snack shack. Sarah. Great diversity for TX. Great, base, product potential. I can always find help when I need it.
Cons
Executive management does not appear to be aligned at all. That is what we all see, and talk about, internally anyway. One day we do this, the next we do that, the next we do something completely different, the next-next we're in BS meetings trying to figure out why we did the first thing anyway! Operations leadership has their negative influencing paws in everything. This is the first company I've seen where sales seems to work to support operations. Normally every one of us works to support the sales/revenue team! Not here. Sales leadership, who should be the prominent leadership, speaks out the side of their face and changes tune several times a week. We're not hitting our numbers because of all these items. It's frustrating to work so hard and get squat! Recent company layoffs while everyone is smiling inside the office like nothing ever happened.
