Pros

The kiddos are the only thing precious about company !

Cons

The management is more worried about drama and their friends and obvious love affair with a consultant that has interrupted any therapy with kiddos . The main management of company will tell you all the lies you want to hear. Sell your soul to the devil . To only find out they don’t pay employee’s correctly. They short employees hours unless you want to scrub floors . They have no directors and BCBA’s. They continue to push good staff out door and lie to the parents about happenings with the clinics. They make the worse staff who have been repeatedly reported for mishandling children advancement in jobs and given more hours . The worse your performance better treated . Owners friends are her pet and they drink adult beverages while staff handle behaviors. They pay no mind when staff are being hurt by kiddos and offer no help . This place is one that the Behavior board needs to visit ! This place makes me sick to my stomach .

Pros

Management was generally accommodating when staff needed time off or had scheduling conflicts. Some staff members were kind, supportive, and respectful to work with. I had the opportunity to work with several wonderful, respectful coworkers. Many of my coworkers were compassionate and enjoyable to work alongside. Some staff members created a positive and supportive work environment despite other challenges. I appreciated the kindness and professionalism of many of my coworkers.

Cons

I experienced unprofessional communication from administration, including negative comments about staff that undermined trust and morale. Administrative priorities often seemed to emphasize productivity and caseload volume over the quality of client care. High productivity expectations could make it difficult to provide the level of individualized care that clients deserved. Communication between administration and clinical staff could be inconsistent at times. Scheduling and workload expectations sometimes contributed to unnecessary stress. Support and guidance varied depending on the situation and supervisor.
