I enjoyed working at aWhere. The management is friendly, and it's a small organization and each contributor matters, something that management definitely appreciated.

I don't have many negatives other than perhaps it's worth knowing that at any small company, there is no room to coast, you must be an active contributor.

Allowed for focus on continuous improvement and the fostering of quality engineering practices.

All of the people responsible for the Pros were let go or chose to leave. In general, the leadership is very weak and those in leadership positions are very protective of their power to the detriment of the company's health. But the biggest problem with this company is the lack of vision when it comes to a marketable product.
