Pros
There are some really great people in the company, and some smart ones too. A chance to go to Perth for training (if you don't live there) can be an added bonus for some.
Cons
This is probably the worst company I've worked at. It has all of the worst parts of a small company and non of the good ones: Inconsistent and absent management of employees. Poor project planning often leads to little notice, companies unprepared to receive you, and very poor project scoping. More effort spent on "team building" (re. drinking) than addressing real problems such as a complete lack of work. A directorship that has little to no regard for their employees (new pay structures without consultation). Employee ownership which seems to often promote people to positions that they cannot do and are not naturally inclined for, yet cannot be moved from. Limited opportunities outside of the main Perth office. Directors, and leaders often make disparaging remarks about client companies and client cultures, which is highly ironic after holding a meeting on rising moral and then ignoring the feedback they receive. Original leadership has mostly moved on, and in fact one has a new company on management and succession, which is laughable given the current state. Laid back atmosphere - this is a con because I'd rather be working than watching the person beside me plan their vacation for a week, waste time not working. Has an employee feedback portal, and promotes brutal honesty, then complains about anyone that has a complaint or never respond to inconvenient/awkward inquiries. Or worse they say the person "doesn't fit the company culture" which is unbelievably petty and immature. Intranet is a joke, too many portals, most of which have a flavor-of-the-day completion level about them.
