OK but not given opportunity to grow + laid off - Implementation Manager accelant Employee Review

Not given opportunity to grow, at least in the second half of my time there. I was given one opportunity to be primary client facing point of contact but a scheduled vacation got in the way so it was passed off to someone else new - I was never given a similar opportunity again. Asked numerous times and management kept handing off work to other(s) a bit more senior than me (ie they had more client-facing experience). $320+ a month for health insurance and still had co-pays.
