Pros
I would say that working at ADA is a good company to those who are just starting to step into the working world. Most employees here are very nice and welcoming. There is also free lunch, so you can save up money instead of spending a chunk of your salary on food with your intern allowance.
Cons
There isn't a lot of room for growth for the department I am working at. A lot of the work given to me are usually just daily tasks, work that does not actually need a lot of brain power to complete. It's a hit or a miss when it comes to an internship here, as I have heard other interns struggling with their work however, what's common amongst us is that they don't feel like they are growing in the working world. An internship should be the best time for growth, making mistakes and learning from them. Another thing is that office politics is quite rampant. If you aren't doing well, there may be a case where your manager will complain about you to someone instead of telling you straight on. A lot of the departments have a silo mentality, so it's like a cluster of teams working with their own team members instead of a single company moving together. It's easy to find someone who doesn't know anyone outside of their own department.
