Pros

- Very flexible work hours - Located in downtown Vancouver - Employees are a good bunch, easy to get along with - On Friday company provides lunch (though cheap and usually late) - 15 days vacation/year

Cons

- Pay is below average, no raises since the inception of the company (in fact there have been two company wide pay cuts) - Management not accountable for anything they do or deadlines they miss, nor do they hold anyone accountable for problems they create - So, hours are flexible because management does not enforce hours or schedules for projects or meetings. - Company is top heavy, too many talkers and not enough doers. - Management is very old, and very old school. - Office is very bland and tight spaced

Pros

Exciting space, smart team, flexible work schedule (as long as you are productive), good options for career expansion and a cool office

Cons

I've found you have to carve out your own career direction but once you do I've had the mgmt team's full support

Pros

Once a week, free lunches were provided.

Cons

Working here seems like a roller-coaster ride. Most of the time, the work environment is fast-paced and sometimes things change too slowly. It was a weird experience as I have never worked for an unpredictable company before. Growing pains are growing too rapidly here.
