Nice office, great other staff

At first the owners seemed like lovely people but then after sometime they began to be rude and disrespectful. There were weird rules about no food in the rubbish bin, or eating unhealthy foods they didn't like in the kitchen or you'd get kicked out on the street to eat. It got really hot in summer and they told us they couldn't get air conditioning installed so we bought some fans and they said it sounded like a sweat shop and hid them so we couldn't find them. Often morning meetings felt like interrogations and you would get the death stare if you dared to leave on time. Saw other staff cry also being treated his way and some who worked on weekends for no extra pay because they were too scared to stand up for their rights. In a nutshell I would agree with the other reviews about no direction of work and micromanagement. My advice to anyone looking for a job here is, you're better off unemployed.

Incredible levels of micromanagement . Most communication is passive /aggressive from senior staff. Saw multiple staff cry at work due to issues with management, which is ridiculous considering the staff number was no more than 20. Senior management often heard talking down/badly about other staff in the open space. Workplace bullying felt like a common theme.
