alligatortek will always have a special place in my heart. The work that alligatortek does for its clients is meaningful and makes a deep impact on their businesses. We had a lot of fun as a team building these projects and building our company; I consider them my second family. During my time here, I was empowered to make decisions and find ways to improve and grow the company. There were huddles like you would face at any other company but if you are determinant and show ROI you will succeed. I worked alongside a great coach and mentor, and grew key leadership skills. My offshore teams were integral part of most of my projects and had a biggest contribution to project success. They go above and beyond the call of duty to make alligatortek look great. I love my onsite and offshore teams. My transition plan was smooth, and I felt like alligatortek (management and staff) took great care of me to the end. I was offered a benefits continuation option, and my PTO was paid out without any issues.
