Pros

HR - nice, got the Contract 4 months prior the starting date.

Cons

Got onboard, and only the Corporate Group Housekeeper and another Anqor Accommodation Manager were there without HK staff 5 days prior starting the first river cruise with guests. Can describe what I was doing during my two days onboard - caring linen from the store rooms to laundry, fixing it on the shelves, working in the laundry, making beds in guest rooms, made one staff room, inventory etc.Half of the HK staff arrived 3 days prior opening - finished making the beds, cleaning, dusting and hovering. Surprisingly they had enough cleaning towels, but used the chemicals straight from the pouches mixing it with water in wrong bottles without labels under the directions of the other Anqor Accommodation Manager. And everybody worked with less vacuums, counting even the broken (one two years already) in the inventory. The Senior Corporate Hotel Manager was there, and said they ordered new cutlery and glassware, but spared that they did not have enough glass clothes, and used thorn duvet covers to polish them. On the end of my fifth working day without any feedback regarding my performance and far away from my 3 months probation period I was told that on the next day I have to go back home - the previous Accommodation Manager was coming back.
