Great environment that is very collaborative with everyone willing to lend a hand in any situation. Very creative in marketing efforts, innovative in the product area and technically sophisticated in the engineering function. Very supportive owners who are taking the "long view" and making strategic investments to capitalize on a huge market opportunity. Good use of communication tools to engage employees working remotely.

The business is constantly moving forward and innovating the product, technology and processes so might be frustrating to those who don't embrace change.

This organization has given me the opportunity contribute in various roles during my tenure and has supported me in and outside of the business. I'm pushed every day to perform like an owner and it has made me proud to be part of a team of extremely smart individuals. Not only have I had the opportunity to manage a team, I've also been an individual contributor. My favorite aspect of analytic.li is that we problem solve for our customers through technology and our product positioning both in the sales and customer experience processes.

Scale Ups Are Hard. If you're not ready to or don't like to be gritty, savvy, and clever, this isn't the work environment for you. Everyday our approach is slightly different from the day before because we're learning our place in the market. Folks around here have to think on their feet and are put into high pressure situations. And those that thrive in that environment do very well. This isn't a place to casually work. Everyone at analytic.li has a vested interest in the success of the business and shows up ready to win every day. It's expected.
